Region 13 LiveScan events
Region 13 occasionally hosts on-site LiveScan events. Check the Region 13 Calendar for upcoming events in the local area. Registration links are included in the calendar entries.
If a Region 13 event is coming up, you may want to use it instead of going to Only Stop on your own.
How to complete your LiveScan
-
Download and fill out the LiveScan form (PDF).
On the form, enter your name exactly as it appears on your California Driver’s License or ID. Don’t use a nickname or a different last name. (e.g., don’t use “Mal” instead of “Malcolm” or “Tiff” instead of “Tiffany.”)
-
Tell us you’re going to do your LiveScan using this signup form (takes less than 1 minute). This allows Region 13 to pay for the LiveScan.
-
Bring your ID with you. If you have a CA ID or CA Driver’s License, only one form of ID is required.
-
Head over to Only Stop. No appointment is necessary. You can walk in.
-
Upload your LiveScan info to this form when you’re done. We need the ATI / Applicant number for AYSO to correctly process the data. We recommend taking a snapshot and keeping a copy of your LiveScan form.
