Role Summary
The team manager works alongside the coach to:
- Communicate with families about schedules and logistics
- Coordinate family volunteers
- Manage snack schedules and team events
- Handle picture day and trophy distribution
- Ensure required forms are collected
The key to success is delegation. Many tasks can be shared with other families on the team.
