Join us as we explore how common coaching strategies help children develop confidence, resilience, belonging, teamwork, and joy. We’ll dig into real coaching situations, practice routines, player interactions, and communication strategies you can use right away. Come ready to talk soccer, share ideas, and add a few new tools to your coaching bag.

Letter from the Commissioner
Hello everyone.
This week has been something special: Last weekend, over a thousand of us came out to Victory Park for our Rollout season kickoff event. It was amazing to see everyone together, preparing to share soccer with almost 2,500 children in Pasadena, Altadena, and La Cañada.
So today I would just like to say thank you. Thank you to the Region 13 volunteers who have worked tirelessly for literally six months to make this season possible. Thank you to the hundreds of you who have raised your hand, trained, and volunteered as coaches, referees, team managers, and in so many other roles. And thank you to each of our families and parents - for being willing to be part of our AYSO Region. It is thanks to everyone that we can create a community like we saw last Saturday, to bring soccer to all of our children and families. This season is a testament to what we can all accomplish together.
Happy Labor Day weekend! I can’t wait to join you on the soccer field in the coming weeks.
